The process
Our process is proprietary.
Your part of it is simple.
We keep absolute guidelines and metrics behind the scenes so that top-caliber veterinarians reach your practice ready to work. What you experience is nine clear steps — and you are only actively involved in three of them.
Step by step
From first message to first day.
- 01
Tell us you're hiring
One short message. Tell us you need an additional veterinarian and roughly what your practice looks like.
- 02
Meet our team
A zero-obligation conversation about how our method works, what your clinic needs, and when we can realistically deliver.
- 03
Meet a candidate on paper
An email introduction to a veterinarian who has graduated from an AVMA-accredited college and passed the NAVLE.
- 04
Sit down virtually
A scheduled video meeting so you and the candidate can start getting to know one another as people, not résumés.
- 05
Keep talking
Continue the conversation directly, and arrange a working interview wherever that's possible.
- 06
Make the offer
When you have found the right fit, extend an offer of employment. If the candidate accepts, we proceed.
- 07
Hand off to counsel
PVP is paid at this stage, and you are introduced to our immigration attorney, who has already worked with your veterinarian.
- 08
Prepare for arrival
We coordinate the moving pieces and keep you informed on exactly where your new doctor is in the process.
- 09
Welcome your veterinarian
Your doctor arrives, licensed and ready, into a practice that has already met them.
What we carry
Everything between the offer and the first day.
Once you make an offer, the work shifts almost entirely to us. Here is what that includes.
Sourcing and vetting
We identify, screen, and build relationships with candidates long before your search begins.
Licensure already underway
Every candidate has passed the NAVLE before we present them. We coordinate the state board for your location and keep it moving.
English proficiency
Every candidate is verified at a C1 level by a professional language instructor before we accept them.
Visas and immigration
Our immigration attorney handles the filings. You'll provide information and signatures — not legwork.
Credential coordination
AVMA accreditation, transcripts, and equivalency documentation gathered and organized for you.
Communication throughout
You always know the next step, whose turn it is, and when your veterinarian is expected to start.
Timing
No exam to wait on.
Every candidate we present has already passed the NAVLE. Availability runs through most of the year, with larger groups becoming available after each testing cycle.
We work backward compared to most recruiters. We secure the veterinarians first, then find the practice that matches what they are looking for. Because we only accept candidates who have already passed the NAVLE, you are never asked to hold a position open on the hope that an exam goes well.
What remains after you make an offer is the state board for your location and the immigration work — both of which we coordinate. The best time to talk to us is still before you are desperate: the earlier we know what you need, the better the match we can bring you.
Start here
See where you'd land in the calendar.
A short, zero-obligation meeting gives you a real timeline, an honest read on who is in the pipeline, and a clear picture of what your practice would need to do next.
No obligation
Nothing to sign, nothing to pay to talk.
A real timeline
You leave knowing when a doctor could start.
An honest read
If we can't fill it, we'll tell you in the meeting.
